About Zion’s Gate

sea-lighthouses-screenshot11.jpg

The ministry of Zion’s Gate Training Center is a component of a parachurch ministry ‘under construction’:  Living Word Kingdom Lighthouse- which will manifest as a five-fold ministry (Ephesians 4:11-32; 1 Peter 2:9; Isaiah 58:6-12; and 2 Timothy 4:1-5). The Word of the Lord was clear: Make this Mountain whole.” Although it has been decades since I had the vision of our risen Savior who gave me this command, it is now in the new millenium that it will begin to unfold. My name is Santos Garcia, Jr.- this weblog will develop the foundational teaching which will be cross-cultural, trans-generational, and multi-lingual in its full manifestation. To the Glory of Abba Father, by the power of the Holy Spirit, in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ… Amen & Amen.

  1. Greetings Santos,

My name is John Van Tuyl; I am a Lay Minister that has had some deeply profound experiences in our Lord. I have allowed these experiences to shape my worldview over the last 25 years.

Gal 1:15-16 But when God, who had set me apart even from my mother’s womb and called me through His grace, was pleased to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately consult with flesh and blood,

For the last five years, I have been writing a book at the prompting of the Spirit titled “SALTED WITH FIRE – A Gift for the Body of Christ”

I am about to pursue having it published but before I commit it to hard copy I would like to solicit feedback from the anointed ears and eyes of my brethren. The book is available online as an Adobe .pdf document at http://members.cox.net/jvant1/

Please feel free to share with all that might offer assistance, and I thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter. My E-Mail is jvant1@cox.net

I must say after reading some of the content of your website, I am impressed with the spirit of the vision you have been given.

Blessed are they that mourn (over the state of the world / church) for they shall be comforted!

Be blessed in the advancement of the Kingdom.
    John Van Tuyl

    • Thank you John-

I will look forward very soon to reading your work. I have not responded sooner because of so much going on… we are ever closer to seeing the Greatest Awakening to hit mankind in human history; sadly it will be in the midst of great distress, suffering, and cataclysmic changes that we need to prepare for. God bless you and your ministry. in HIM… Santos

  2. Beloved servant of God About Zion’s Gate,
Calvary greetings. I have come across your ministry in your website and decided to contact you. Thanks alot for the wonderful job you are doing to the Lord in serving his precious people for all these years..
I write to request for cds , dvds, books , articles and any other help you can be able to offer to your beloved brethren here in kenya. It has been my humble prayer that most of Gods servants remember africa and kenya in particular as they schedule their programmes. We are in the same vineyard and I truly look forward that you will one time make a visit to kenya and share the love of God with the brethren here. With humbleness and gentleness, feel welcome to come and share with these precious people here in kenya.

We are praying for you ,and humbly pray for us too since there are so many challenges but in all situations God is able. Kindly never hesitate to reply to our letter. Shalom!!

    In the Lords service,

    Pastor Zablon Ogonyo Akuma

    • Dear Brother Akuma-

Thank you for your kind words. It is all by the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ who deserves all the Praise, Honor, Obedience, and Worship. He is King! And His Everlasting Kingdom cannot be stopped! All the forces of darkness arrayed against the Lord and His Kingdom children will not prevail, for we all have the victory by Faith!!!

Someday, Lord willing- I will visit your country and anointed people, and share my heart of Love for Our Lord. I pray that I may impart a blessing of activation in the deep things of God. My brother, this is a work ‘under construction’. It will expand in the Lord’s perfect timing, but at this point all that is available is on this site… each and every essay is for your edification, exhortation, comfort, and challenge. Please do read all 16 chapters of my book that are posted in draft form, and pray that the Lord will provide the means to fully publish not only this book… but also the many others that He has put on my heart.

May God the Father overwhelm you with His Love for you; may the Lord Jesus be the continual focus of your heart; and may the Holy Spirit fill you to overflowing with the River of Living Water from the Father’s throne. Amen and Amen!… in HIM… Santos

  3. Great site…keep up the good work. :) I read a lot of blogs on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your blog. Thanks, :)

    A definite great read.. ..

    • Praise the Lord who is worthy of all our Praise! My heart is filled with Love for my Savior. I awake with praise to the Father on my lips, and I retire at night literally feeling the Lord Jesus’ embrace. The Holy Spirit quickens my thoughts and dreams with illumination, and He speaks to me continually as in humility I ask for His Wisdom. My brother I am privileged to do my small part of Kingdom expansion. Thank you for your kind words… may the challenge of leaning into the vision for your life drive you to its ultimate fulfillment. in HIM… Santos

On the page above is a picture of Simeon holding the Baby Jesus in a incredible image. I have seen it many places but could never find the owner. I would VERY much like to share that picture and the reason behind Simeon holding on as long as he could for the Messiah! I will upload the visual with a select other Christian themed pictures on Facebook.

    May I do so?

    God Bless You Folks!

  5. Hi, Santos,
I read your reply on Walid Shoebat’s blog. I was fascinated with the fact that you took the time to correct errors in Walid’s book, “God’s War on Terror”. I have also edited my copy of the book, so I was quite amused that someone else had done the same thing. I also read the book in one hand and the Bible in the other.

Now, let me comment on your usage of the name “Jesus Christ”. This is not our Messiah’s name — this is a transliteration of his Hebrew name Yeshua. When someone’s real name is being transliterated, what is the prupose? Brad Scott from http://www.Wildbranch.org says this in his book “The Tanakh: The Dictionary of the New Testament”: “The reality that we must face is that our Messiah’s name in the flesh is Yeshua. The names Iesous and Jesus are Western attempts to transliterate His given name. Scriptural translators should be in the business of translating — not transliterating. There is no reason to transliterate His given name, especially when the translation or meaning must come from the given name. Transliterations most generally confuse and pervert the original meaning. This can be seen in many foreign cultures today. When Coca Cola was introduced to Japan, they did not attempt to transliterate the word into their language. Coca Cola, in Japan, is pronounced Coca Cola! Our Savior’s name is Yeshua, so why not call Him Yeshua?!”

I think this is very important because Psalms 91:14-16 says: “Because he loves me, I will rescue him; because he knows my name, I will protect him. He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him when he is in trouble. I will extricate him and bring him honor. I will satisfy him with long life and show him my salvation.”

    Shalom aleikhem, Kathie

    • Thank you, Kathie-
I appreciate your comments and understand your worthy intention. The reality is that the Holy Scriptures have been translated into a multitude of languages throughout the world, and the name of our Lord is different (though similar) with each translation. I refer to Him both as Yeshua the Messiah and Jesus Christ. Since my primary language is Spanish, He is also Jesucristo… so you see I do not share your concern. The Father, our Lord, and the precious Holy Spirit are receiving our prayers spirit to Spirit… and are well able to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart. God Bless you, my sister- in HIM, Santos

  6. Nice website. I find here excellent advices. I’m waiting for more
