“The Shinar Directive” – Book Review

What in the world is Coming? READ THIS BOOK!

I have continued to seek the LORD in prayer about where the Body of Christ is, with respect to the Last Days.  Since I have been privileged to study the works of many contemporary and historical Bible scholars including Dr. Thomas Horn, David Flynn, G.H. Pember, Kevin Conner, Dr. Chuck Missler, and now Dr. Michael Lake– I am frankly in awe and gravely concerned about what the future holds for our wayward planet and the world system entrenched in the lap of satan.

This book review will include only a handful of direct quotes from the text, primarily because this volume of 365 pages in 12 chapters has far too much heart-and-mind altering truths that demand the children of the Kingdom wake up from the mesmerizing pabulum that has left the western church in a near catatonic state!  How can I stress the importance of acquiring this book… without it- professing Christians WILL continue to be deceived by the adversary in what is clearly coming upon the earth.

Quoting Dr. Thomas Horn’s website:
“The final and most fearful sign heralding the Lord’s Second Coming will be the return of the ‘Nephilim’, the appearance upon earth of beings from the Principality of the Air, and their unlawful intercourse with the human race.’ Jesus Himself, in answering His disciples concerning the signs of His coming and of the end of the world, verified it would be ‘as the days of [Noah] were’ (Matthew 24:37). The implication is, just as it was before the Flood when the spirits of Nephilim were powerful upon earth (Genesis 6:4), mankind would experience an end-times renaissance of the influence of these [evil] entities. 

It staggers the mind to contemplate how the same phenomenon that occurred in Genesis chapter 6, where nonhuman species or ‘nonseed’ mingled with human seed and produced Nephilim could happen again in the end times. Yet when the verse from Daniel 2:43 is coupled with Genesis 3:15, which says, ‘And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed [zera, meaning ‘offspring,’ ‘descendents,’ or ‘children’] and her seed,’ an incredible tenet emerges that Satan has seed, that it is at enmity with Christ, and that it is set to return in these last days. Has the time of their coming arrived?”

pg ix– … From Rome to Greece- and before that, to Egypt, Persia, Assyria, Babylonia, and Sumer– the earliest records of civilization tell of the era when powerful beings know to the Hebrews as Watchers and in the book of Genesis as the Benei ha-Elohim (“Sons of GOD”) mingled with humans, giving birth to part-celestial, part-terrestrial hybrids known as Nephilim.  The Bible says this happened when men began to increase on earth and daughters were born to them.  When the Sons of GOD saw the women’s beauty, they took wives from among them to sire their unusual offspring.  This event is recorded in Genesis 6:4 this way:

When this Scripture is compared with other ancient texts, including Enoch, Jubilees, Baruch, Genesis Apocryphon, Philo, Josephus, and others, it unfolds to some that the giants of the Old Testament, such as Goliath, were the part-human, part-animal, part-angelic offspring of a supernatural interruption into the divine order of the species.  The apocryphal Book of Enoch gives a name to the angels involved in this cosmic conspiracy, calling them “Watchers”.

Chapter 7, pg 210– …GOD is calling every believer to unplug from the Illuminati’s matrix of control so that He can judge it.  Regardless of your eschatological position of the returning of Christ (pre-Tribulation, mid-Tribulation, or post-Tribulation), being completely disconnected from Babylon is the only way to be ready for His return.  Jesus is not coming back for a bride, wearing Babylonian garments, that is in service to Baal.  He is coming back for a victorious Bride that has overcome the influence and control of the Luciferian elite and is wearing garments of true Biblical holiness.  May the process of waking up, cleaning up, and growing up begin this very hour!   [end of citations from the book- sg]

Our LORD Jesus Christ Awaits the Preparation of the Bride

This book of 12 Chapter in 365 pages, has photos that are illuminating.  There are also brief exact Hebrew translations of pertinent Scriptures that will open our eyes to the more accurate Divine meaning of the texts in question- with sound exegesis.  The footnotes (252) give website and article resource links that would fill the in-depth truth seekers’ curiosity- as well as recommended books that cover a wide range of subjects related to the complex interwoven subjects at hand.

I can only say that as we are commanded to be diligent in our study of GOD’s Holy Bible and the myriad truths that it reveals, this volume will clarify much of the misguided and erroneous teachings that have been promulgated upon a gullible and unfortunately naive church, especially in the western world.  We will suffer during the coming years ahead, due to the persecution of true believers… and many of our most vocal adversaries will label themselves as ‘tolerant’ Christians, while denying the clear teachings of Scripture.  To be prepared is to be confident in our part at the End of the Age, as we all look forward to His Glorious Appearing!
