“The New Age Movement: The Fallen Serpent’s OLD Lie!”

War In Heaven- Revelation 12:7-12… Cast Down to Earth

Genesis 3:1-5… Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD GOD had made.  And he said to the woman, “Has GOD indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden?”

And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, GOD said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.'”

And the serpent said to the woman, “You shall not surely die.  For GOD knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you shall be as GOD, knowing good and evil.” 

And yet the divinely approved and sanctioned method of attaining discernment in all things related to our time on earth, is revealed in these portions of Holy Scripture:

Hebrews 5:12-14… For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the elementary principles of the oracles of GOD; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.  For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.

But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Biblical Christianity has notable demonically inspired adversaries throughout church history, but more so now in these Last Days- because satan knows that his time is short!  I have come to believe that although Islam seeks world domination according to the instructions in the Muslim books of the Qur’an and Hadith, and in spite of the fact that Darwinian Evolution pseudo-science has been used of the fallen ones to cast countless masses of humanity into the flames of hell over the past 150 years, the New Age Movement is the most pervasive phenomenon that is being used by the rebel prince of darkness to deceive, ensnare, and corrupt humanity!

Fallen to deceive… once holy angels, and since the Fall- his relentless target is mankind!

This essay incorporates selected quotations from the works of two outstanding men- sons of the Living GOD and accomplished researchers- the late G.H. Pember (Earth’s Earliest Ages) and Russ Dizdar (The Black Awakening).  I cannot stress how very important this awareness is to the Body of Christ, which has been co-opted in many ministries by the tentacles of so-called New Age thought.  The children of the Kingdom MUST wake up and ‘separate the precious from the vile’ in the contemporary life of the church, which sadly is looking too much like the Laodicean church condemned in the Book of the Revelation!

Fulfilling Our Corporate & Individual Destiny In The Preparation Of The Bride

I will begin quoting from Pember’s text, and then follow with citations from Dizdar’s large volume.

pg 318– [defining the Occultist theory that is foundational to the New Age Movement, quoting Figuier’s ‘Day After Death’]:

“Let us think of the emanations from souls dwelling in the sun descending upon the earth in solar rays.  Light gives existence to plants, and produce vegetable life, accompanied by sensibility.  Plants, having received this sensible germ from the sun, communicate it, aided by heat likewise emanating from the sun, to animals.  Let us think of the germs of souls, placed in the breasts of animals, developing themselves, becoming perfected by degrees, from one animal to another, and finishing by becoming incarnate in a human body.

Let us think, then, of the superhuman being succeeding to man, springing up into the vast plains of ether, and beginning the series of numerous transmigrations [evolution] which, from one step to another, will lead him to the summit of the scale of spiritual perfection, from which every material substance has been eliminated, and where the soul, thus exalted to the purest degree of its essence, penetrates into the supreme abode of happiness, and intellectual and moral power- the sun.  Such may be this endless circle, such this unbroken chain, binding together all beings in nature, and passing from the visible to the invisible world.”

pg 333– “In the twelfth chapter of the Apocalypse [Revelation] it is plainly announced that before the development of Antichrist and the unparalleled woes of the end, satan and his angels will be driven out of heaven, swept down from their aerial abodes, and confined to the narrow bounds of earth.  Then will all the Nephilim, who are yet at liberty, be among men, and will quickly make them feel the meaning of the awful utterance, v12 “Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! For the Devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”  

pg 334– “Then, not merely the demons [pre-Adamic disembodied fallen spirits], but the great Angels of Darkness, the Principalities, the Powers, and the World-rulers, maddened by the thought that they have lost their fair realms forever, and that the LORD is at hand to complete their destruction, will in their rage break through every restraint, and recklessly gratify their own evil desires.  And so, in the most appalling sense, the earth will again become corrupt and filled with violence.”

pg 347, 348– “The process of evolution, whereby the Soul, imprisoned at first in inorganic matter, processes until it ultimately becomes a Deity… Passing then, at length from the mineral kingdom, the monad is manifested in the lower modes of organic life, and at this point is individualized by self-generation, and becomes a soul or nucleus to the cell in which it has manifested itself.  And once formed, it is capable, on the breaking up of its cell of passing into and informing another cell.

And so it progresses, in a series of lives [reincarnation], from the vegetable to the animal, and from the animal to the human.  After experiencing many existences in the last mentioned state of being, the condition of each rebirth being determined by the results, or karma, of the preceding life, it rises to the supernatural… And returning it becomes reunited to the Deity; so that we must conceive of GOD as a vast spiritual body constituted of many elements, all having but one will, and therefore being one.  This condition of oneness with the Divine Will and Being constitutes what in Hindu mysticism is called the celestial Nirvana.   But though becoming pure spirit, or GOD, the individual retains his/her individuality…”

pg 357, 358– “… we are told that Occultism is the wisdom of primal ages, a revival of the Only true philosophy, held by all the great Teachers of the world, and communicated to the initiates of the Mysteries.  And we are admonished that Christianity although it did contrive to displace the old religion in the West, has proven a failure; and that we must, therefore, return to that which is better, and confess the superiority of ancient sages…

But, by comparing the Bible with the old Mythologies and the opinions of modern Theosophists, we have shown that the whole system of the Mysteries was probably communicated by those fallen angels who transgressed just before and immediately after the Flood.  And such a source, though undoubtedly ancient, can scarcely be expected to inspire confidence.”

12 Legions Of Holy Angels- ‘Stand Down’

pg 368, 369– “There is, we are told, no personal Devil.  That which, mystically is called the Devil, is the negation and opposite of GOD.  And whereas GOD is I AM, or positive Being, the Devil is NOT… It would appear then, that from remote ages, probably from the time when the Nephilim were upon the earth, there existed a league with the Prince of Darkness, a Society  consciously on the side of satan, and against the Most High.  And when the feelings of reverence and godliness still retained by the human race have been sufficiently submerged by the flood of demon influence which is now being poured upon us from the Air, the world will be invited to join the league, to reject GOD and His Anointed, and to worship Antichrist and that old serpent, called the Devil and satan, who will give him his power… Men have become enamoured of demons, and ere long will receive the Prince of Demons as their god.”

pg 372– “… express great admiration for the purity and self-denial of Buddhism.  And of late a considerable impulse has been given to the study of its sacred literature, and some surprise has been excited by the discovery that its grosser forms are confined to the more uneducated classes, while its esoteric teachings are, at least, equal to the philosophies of the West.  Its plan of salvation, again, does not like Christianity, strike at the root of moral pride; and its gradual deification of the human race is gratifying to those who will own no higher power than man…

…Christians who believe too narrowly, and the skeptics who believe not at all, learn the truth of what Lowell sang; ‘God sends His teachers into every age and clime- With revelation suited to their growth’…

But alas!  The great religion of Buddha is but a slightly altered form of that rebellious creed which men probably adopted before they were scattered from Babel.  It is directly opposed to Divine revelation, because it teaches that sin is done away by personal suffering, and not by the expiatory sacrifice of the Son of GOD; and beneath all pretended humility, it fosters human pride by the satanic promise, “Ye shall be as GOD.” 

GOD is NOT Wishing for Any to Perish; Yet We Have Free Will!

pg 386, 387– “According to the statement of the Himalayan adepts, an ordinary being must pass through some eight hundred incarnations before he can complete his purification from sin, and attain to the rest of Nirvana… there is no GOD of love and of all comfort to Whom he can look and pray: he must either, by his own painful and unaided exertions, raise himself to the gods, or retrograde, in every increasing misery and vileness, until he drops unpitied into the bottomless abyss of annihilation…

…It exhibits some appreciation of the frightful nature of sin, and of the gigantic task before the man who would fain be his own Saviour.  With what thankfulness should we turn to the gracious LORD Whose blood speaks better things for us; Who, looking on the sin-stricken and penitent face of the paralytic, said, “Son, be of good cheer; thy sins are forgiven,” and in a moment effected that work for which Buddha demands ages…

… No melancholy, unbefriended, and almost endless way lies before His disciples.  Nay, He Himself is with them always, even unto the end:  He guides His sheep through the wilderness of life, gently leading those that are with young, and carrying the lambs in His bosom.  He has not only borne the sins of His people, but will sanctify them wholly, spirit, soul, and body, and present them faultless before the presence of His glory, with exceeding joy, by that mighty working whereby He is able even to subdue all things unto Himself.  Thanks be unto GOD for His unspeakable Gift!” [end of Pember citations- sg]

pg 115, 116– “Truly the growth of the New Age Movement corresponds to the dimming down of the Body of Christ.  Jesus said it would be a spiritual battle and so it is.  If there is nothing or no one to contest or test the spirits of the New Age, then they will come in unhindered and wearing whatever mask they want.  The Biblical prophecies of the unleashing of ‘seducing spirits’ find their greatest fulfillment in the mammoth movement called ‘The New Age’, and if Christendom wanes dim it gives ground for dark satanic forces to show up as angels of light…

…The massive front of roving spirits has been unleashed.  They are here and operating in unprecedented numbers.  They are the ones who have initiated and developed the New Age Movement… [and] it is the largest and fastest growing spiritual movement in the entire history of Christendom.  A time when lethal spirits will arrive dressed like translucent angels of celestial realms.

They will speak with a silver tongue and offer gifts to feed broken limited man.  They will come bearing gifts of enhanced human abilities and teachings that seem to be beyond the minds of mere men.  The seduction behind this is, they come with sweet gifts, friendly smiles, offers of help and looking so harmless…. just like a child predator.  The New Age Movement is more lethal than most ever thought.  And surely they have nabbed millions of what they see as ‘unwittings’ and dragged them off to rape them spiritually.”

2 Timothy 3:1-7… But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:  For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of GOD, having a form of godliness but denying its power.  And from such people turn away!

For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away with various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

The Apostasy of The New Age Movement that will lead to One World Religion

pg 117, 118– “All of the predictions of coming spiritual deception and seduction would include the fact that some will receive contact and become channelers, spirit writers and inspired speakers for the spirits of the New Age.  By now there are hundreds of millions who either participate in or are influenced by these alternative spiritual encounters of the New Age Movement and this in no small way.  Those influenced may feel they have something real (and it is real) but it’s not right…. it is as deadly as poisoned candy.  The experiences given by these predicted spiritual predators and their embracing humanity is more of a hook than a hug…

The spirits of the New Age Movement have offered:

• Alternative spiritual experiences and many of them.
• Alternative writings they say surpass the Bible.
• Alternative angels who are only wearing masks; they have to.
• Alternative powers and energies to amaze and preoccupy.
• Alternative knowledge, secrets and mysteries.
• Alternative grand promises that they cannot keep and never have because they are finite not infinite.
• Alternative concepts of human identity and origins.
• Alternative teachings on death and the afterlife.
• An alternative christ who is not the One of Scripture.
• An alternative agenda looking for a New World Order.
• An alternative morality that only darkens the conscience.
• An alternative transformation that does not connect anyone to GOD.
• An alternative spiritual practice that promises enhancement but deepens the spiritual blinders.
• Alternative spiritual goals that seek the opposite of what GOD is really doing.

The New Age Movement may be more lethal than blatant satanism because the mask that hides the demonic face is so comfortable many never question the source or test these spirits… to see if they come from GOD (see 1 John 4).”

The Universal Center of All History- The Cross of Christ

pg 120– Its Inclusion And Exclusion

“It seems the spirits of the New Age seek to include any and all teaching that is compatible with their agenda.  Though it sounds good to say ‘we included everyone’ and make the new spirituality sound tolerant, the dirty little secret is there between the lines.  The spirits, writings, practices and entrenched members of the New Age Movement will include just about any spirituality… except one.  They do have exclusion and it’s a strong one.  The New Age Movement exclusion is anyone who believes in the real [LORD Jesus] Christ of [Holy] Scripture and has the Holy Spirit of GOD dwelling in them.

Their inclusion involves anyone who denies the deity of Christ, His Word, and His Second Coming.  You see they have a new ‘christ’; one they are helping to bring in.  The new christ is called the ‘world teacher’ and he will come to set up the new order.  There is no second coming of the Christ of the cross, only a reappearance of a christ in the form of a super-human that will come to rule the world.  The spirit of antichrist that guides them will only champion the coming homosatanas.  The New Age Movement will therefore be at the cutting edge of the coming chaos and rise of a supernatural world leader; and the Movement will exclude all else.”

pg 122– Do Not Miss Its Two Foundational Issues

“It is vital for us not to miss the bottom line of all New Age Movement teaching.  Behind all of the old and new leaders, books and seminars we find the same core ‘revelations’… from spirits but not one bit is from the Spirit of GOD.  It is not new at all; it is very, very, old.  

• IT’S A PROMISE OF A SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION ( doctrine)- The New Age Movement’s bottom line is the promise of ‘the spiritual evolution’ of humankind; that all the spiritual movement, energies and development of the human race is in the process of evolving.  It promises a great surge [quantum leap of consciousness], a planetary spiritual wave is coming and when it does it will change everything.  Mankind will be transformed and move to spiritual deity.  With this transformation comes a new world where we will be almost god-like.
• IT’S A PROMISE OF A NEW AGE GLOBALISM (agenda)- The connecting spiritual teaching is that a New Age is coming.  A whole new order will arrive and the old will go.  So the spiritual practices o f the New Age Movement will open the door [further] to allow the spiritual push that will usher in the New Age.  A new spiritual globalism is promised and when it comes everything will change.

The spiritual evolution and the new order will bring to us what the world has always needed according to them.  The new spiritual world order will manifest a new ‘world teacher’ who will guide us to unprecedented peace and amazement.  The truth is that the antichrist will lead the world into the deepest deception and broadest destruction.  See Revelation 9 for the future of the New Age spiritual results.”

pg 123– IT’S A GLIMPSE OF A NEW SUPER LEADER

“Yes all of this New Age teaching, spiritual practice and push will culminate with the supernatural arrival.  A super man with super wisdom and super powers is coming.  The New Age christ is coming and he will lead the world into bags of sweet candy…. poisoned by hell itself.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!

What the New Age Movement [fallen] spirit-guided writers have and are writing is what the Holy Spirit of GOD has revealed as the antichrist and the final devastating age in human history.  The New Age is as old as the Garden of Eden.  There the fallen angry cherub (satan) promised humanity that if they would forget the mean GOD who is withholding from them, then they could get the real inner hidden knowledge and evolve to godhood.  That promise then IS the promise of the New Age Movement.  That promise back in the Garden led to the fall of humanity, death, disease, war, pain, and hell itself.  What the New Age promises WILL NOT BE FULFILLED; it cannot be because it was given by the fallen finite father of lies.”

pg 124– “Deception Always Leads to Destruction”- The NEED FOR CLEANSING

“Their foundational teaching has one more element; it is a little known and very secretive mission.  It is the spiritual teaching of ‘cleansing’ or purging.  As the New Age Movement and its new spiritual wave are unleashed and humans who have been prepared evolve, something will happen.  But it will not be an ‘evolution’ to deification!  It will be a solidification of the spirit of antichrist in the hearts of those following the masked angel of light… the spiritual evolutionary process will cleanse the earth, and it will be thorough and remove anything that opposes it.

As the spiritual evolutionary bubble breaks and an unleashing of the new spiritual wave comes, those not attuned to it will be wiped out.  A critical chaos may come and many of those who will not bend to the New Age spirit will have to go.  For the New Age teaching- getting rid of millions of humans is the normal process in the evolutionary chain of development.”

pg 126– “… know one thing for sure, the spirits of the New Age Movement cannot and will not lead anyone to GOD.  That would be the opposite of their mission and their nature… The spiritual doctrines and promises are a cover for the dark plot and coming black awakening [of Lucifer/satan].  These spirits are here to preoccupy the masses and lead them astray [into Eternal Perdition].”
